The mission of 949 Elite Basketball Training is to improve the overall skill and basketball IQ of every player throughout the course of each session. With the skills learned throughout our program, we place confidence in our student-athletes to PLAY THE RIGHT WAY and prepare them for their basketball journey. We believe in teaching the game the right way and helping develop student-athletes both on and off the floor. There is a direct correlation between basketball and life - not only do we develop well rounded basketball players, we help develop student-athletes realize their individual potential through the game of basketball.
Meet The Coaches
Coach Caden Williams played 4 years of college basketball - 2 Years at San Diego Christian College, and 2 Years at Fullerton Junior College where in 2018 he was a part of the State Runner-Up FJC Basketball Team. He is a local product playing his High School Hoops at El Dorado High School. Coach Caden currently coaches High School Basketball at Foothill HS as an Assistant Varsity Basketball Coach. In 2021-2021 he helped lead Foothill to a CIF State Runner-Up Appearance, CIF SoCal Regional Championship, a CIF Semi-Final Appearance, and a Crestview League Title. He also coaches the 16U Cali Rebels club team, and helps develop high school student-athletes into high caliber high school basketball players.
Coach Jonathan Antolin played high school basketball at Ayala High School under CIF Hall-of-Fame High School Coach Tom Gregory - and helped lead Ayala to multiple 20 win seasons, and back-to-back CIF Div 1 Quarterfinal Appearances. He is currently in his 10th season of coaching, 6 at his Alma-Mater Ayala HS, and coming up on his 4th year at Foothill High School as an Assistant Varsity Coach. At Foothill High School, Coach Antolin led his freshmen team in 2019 to a 20-7 record, his JV team in 2020 to a 16-6 record, and his JV team in 2021 to a Crestview League Title and La Habra Tournament Championship with a 17-4 overall record. He also assisted the 2020 Foothill Varsity Team to a Crestview League Title and Quarterfinal Appearance, and the 2021 Varsity Team to a CIF State Runner-Up Appearance, CIF SoCal Regional Championship, a CIF Semi-Final Appearance, and a Crestview League Title. Coach Antolin also coaches the 15U Cali Rebels club team helping develop young-student athletes prepare for High School Basketball. He is a graduate from Cal State University Fullerton with a B.S. in Kinesiology.
Coach Gylan Dottin brings 20+ years of player development experience from all levels, high school, college, and professional basketball. He played and graduated from the University of San Diego with a B.A. in Communications. Coach Gylan was a 4-year starter for the Toreros where he was WCC Freshman of the year and two time WCC 1st Team All-Conference. He had a 10 Year professional career playing in Europe (Holland, Germany, Turkey, Belgium, and Italy), and was invited to 5 NBA Camps (Golden State, Denver, San Antonio, New Jersey, and the L.A. Clippers) over his basketball career. Coach Gylan has coached in the Adidas Circuit with Dream Vision AAU, and trained NBA Prospects. He currently coaches at Foothill High School as a Varsity Assistant and leads the player development for the JV and Frosh basketball players.
